Appeals and Complaints

Complaint policy

The procedure for making a complaint about editorial decisions, complaints regarding the failure of processes, such as prolonged delays in handling papers, and complaints about publication ethics. We aim to respond quickly, courteously, and constructively.

An appeal or complaints letter can be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief as soon as possible via email to editor@djm.uodiyala.edu.iq or to the editorial office directly via email to djmeditor@djm.uodiyala.edu.iq. You are also welcome to discuss your complaint with the Editor-in-Chief's mobile number, which is +9647721863978.

To have an appeal considered, please provide full details regarding your reasoning for the appeal letter. All appeals are reviewed and discussed during the Journal editorial staff meeting, with a final decision communicated to the author via email.
